The Crusaders open the round needing a win against the Melbourne Rebels before the NSW Waratahs take on the Chiefs in Sydney.
The Fijian Drua host Moana Pasifika in Suva whilst it's a battle of the capital cities as the ACT Brumbies take on the Hurricanes in Canberra.
The Western Force travel to Dunedin to face the Highlanders, with the Queensland Reds and Blues closing out the round in Brisbane.
