After over a decade, "Blue Bloods" has seen considerable departures especially with the Reagan family's child actors. Jack Reagan, played by Tony Terraciano, has held a special place in the audiences' hearts since he started at the tender age of 10. Following Jack's narrative, he left for college in 2018 reducing his screen time significantly.  Like his character, Terraciano also embarked on an academic journey the same year, beginning his studies at Vanderbilt University in Nashville, where he was a member of the lacrosse team. Today, Terraciano is pursuing his dream of becoming a doctor at the Albert Einstein College of Medicine in Bronx, New York. Regardless of his academic pursuits, Terraciano still identifies as an actor and is always ready for a cameo on "Blue Bloods". While juggling his responsibilities in neurosurgery and ophthalmology interest groups as well as acting as a stroke and aneurysm research assistant, the show continues to pay tribute to Terraciano's commitment by reflecting his real-life ambitions through Jack's aspiration to become a doctor.
